BYP Racing built a powerful 1992 Toyota MR2 (SW20). In the back of the car is a turbocharged Honda K24 inline-four built by BYP Racing. The motor features K24A3 block, CP 11:1 pistons, R&R aluminum rods, PRB head, Stage 3 billet camshafts, water-to-air intercooler, and Precision NextGen 7275 turbocharger. The motor runs on E85 fuel pumped through IDX 2600 cc injectors by two Walbro 525 lph pumps controlled by a Hondata KProV4 ECU. The combo produced 1,037 hp (762 kW) and is paired with a Quaife five-speed sequential transmission.
This video shows the car making 1022 hp (751 kW).
