Toyota MR2 with a 600+ hp Volvo Inline-Five Goes 175 mph

Joe Bristow and his third-generation Toyota MR2 attended Race Wars UK 2024. Joe won the 600-699 hp class in half-mile roll racing. His top speed during the event was 175 mph. Joe’s MR2 is powered by a turbocharged Volvo inline-five built by Joe with a Volvo M56 manual transmission and Quaife differential.
