Toyota MR-S with a 600 hp Turbo 2ZZ

Earlier this year Justin Gaujenieks rebuilt the turbocharged Toyota 2ZZ inline-four in his Toyota MR-S (MR2) race car. CMS Performance tuned the new fresh motor on the dyno where it made 600 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. That is routed to the rear wheel through a Toyota C64 six-speed transmission with a JUBU gearset and Cusco limited-slip differential. Recently Justin took the MR-S to Winton Motor Raceway and set a personal best of 1:28.371. Watch that lap in the video below.
