1984 Chevy K10 with a Duramax V8

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Bullet Motorsports is selling this custom 1984 Chevrolet K10 built by Adam Pela from DmaxSwap on Bring a Trailer. The truck is powered by a turbocharged 6.6 L Duramax LBZ V8 featuring Mahle pistons, Calibrated Power turbocharger, Exergy Performance injectors, Pusher SuperMax intake manifold, and Melling oil pump. It produces 600 hp and 1,200 lb-ft of torque. Behind that is a billet triple-disc converter, Allison six-speed automatic transmission, and dual-range transfer case. The drivetrain transfers torque to a 11.5-inch rear end with a limited-slip differential and 3.73 ratio. The truck rides on a boxed 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500 chassis with a custom back half. The front suspension uses dual Fox shocks while the back has ADS coilovers. The Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3 37×12.5-inch tires are mounted on Method 17-inch wheels. The body features fiberglass hood and fenders, Pro Net tailgate net, tubular bumpers, and raised-floor bed.
