1967 Mustang with a Supercharged Predator V8
Motorcity Grind built this 1967 Mustang with a supercharged 5.2 L Predator V8 producing 760 hp (566 kW). It is backed by a McLeod twin-disc clutch and T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission sending power to a Currie 9-inch rear end with a 3.89 ratio. Motorcity Grind upgraded the car’s handling using a Mustangs To Fear (MTF) C-6 front subframe with billet spindles, electric power steering, and Wilwood six-piston brakes. In the back they installed a Chris Alston’s Chassisworks 4-link rear suspension and Wilwood four-piston brakes. The body is built like a GT500-style with PPG white paint and silver racing stripes. Inside each well are American Racing Shelby Cobra 18-inch wheels wearing Michelin Pilot Sport tires. View more details and photos at Bring a Trailer.
