Revline Racing’s Porsche 968 with a 1,000 hp Turbo Honda Motor

Revline Racing and their Porsche 968 GT1 visited Gelleråsen Arena track in Sweden for the fourth round of the Timeattack.se series. The team’s goal was a sub-1 minute lap which would be a record for a production-based car. With Alx Danielsson behind the wheel, the car went 59.86 and then 59.60 in the next session. Revline Racing built their Porsche 968 with a factory floorpan and tube frame. It is covered by a carbon fiber body and extreme AMB Aero package with DRS (Drag Reduction System). Under the hood sits a turbocharged Honda K24 inline-four making of 1,000+ hp (735+ kW). Power is sent to the rear wheels through an Albins ST6 six-speed sequential transaxle.
