Steveston Motor Co. (SMCO) built this 1994 Mini at their company in Richmond, BC, Canada. The company swapped a 1.6 L Honda D16Y8 inline-four and five-speed manual transmission using their custom subframe. The Honda motor is rebuilt by Chikara Motorsports with SMCO’s custom pistons and rods, 48 mm DBW throttle bodies, SMCO 3d-printed aluminum intake, and custom 4-2-1 exhaust manifold. The motor produces 170+ hp (125 kW) and 150 lb-ft (203 Nm) of torque on a Haltech R3 ECU. The body is painted in Porsche’s Light Ivory color accented by Mk2 taillights and SMCO roof rack with Oak slats. Under the Sportspack arches are Minilite 10×6-inch wheels.
