Nissan 200SX with a 1371 hp Twin-Turbo 3UZ
Mactec Area42 (Mactec Racing) in Bangkok, Thailand built this Nissan 200SX with a twin-turbo Toyota 3UZ V8. The motor features custom pistons, BC rods, Calico race bearings, Cometic MLS gasket, Kelford camshafts, Supertech +1.5mm valves, Supertech valve springs and titanium retainers, and ARP fasteners everywhere. Boost is generated by two Precision Gen2 6466 turbochargers with Tial 50 mm BOV and two Tial MVS wastegates. The fuel system consists of eight Fueltech 240 lb injectors, Radium 60-liter tank, and three DW420 pumps. Everything is controlled by a Fueltech FT600 ECU. On the dyno, the motor produced 1,371 hp (1008 kW) to the wheels on E85 fuel. When we last shared this car in 2019, the drivetrain used a G-Force T56 six-speed manual with dog ring gear set and Nissan R33 GTR differential. No word on if the drivetrain is remains the same.
