KCPerformance built this Opel Corsa D at their company in Helvoirt, Netherlands. In the engine bay they swapped a turbocharged 2.3 L Saab B235R inline-four. The motor features forged pistons and rods, upgraded fuel injectors, GT28 turbocharger, and front-mounted intercooler and oil cooler. Exhaust is routed through a custom 2.5-inch stainless steel tubing with an electronic cutouts for louder sound. The motor produces 360 hp (264 kW) and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) of torque on a ECUMaster Black ECU. Power is sent to the front wheels through a Vauxhall M32 six-speed manual transmission with diesel-ratio gearset. The suspension uses AST coilovers and HiSpec six-piston calipers with Saab 9-3 Turbo X rotors.
