Schwartz Performance built this 1978 Mercedes 450 SLC (C107) with a supercharged 6.2 L LT4 V8. The company put the classic coupe on the dyno where the motor made 622 hp (457 kW) and 617 lb-ft (836 Nm) of torque. The powerful V8 is backed by a Tremec T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission and Currie 9-inch independent rear end with a Truetrac limited-slip differential. The car’s powertrain is supported by Schwartz Performance’s G-Machine chassis with Baer Extreme+ six-piston calipers and 14-inch rotors.
