Larry Chen interviewed Anderson Dick from FuelTech about their unique DeLorean at the 2025 SEMA Show. The iconic coupe is longer lowered by a 2.85 L PRV V6. Instead it has a 4.3 L F136 IB V8 sourced from a 2012 Ferrari California running on a FuelTech FT700 ECU. These motors produce 454 hp (338 kW) and 358 lb-ft (485 Nm) in factory specs. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Porsche 997 Turbo Tiptronic six-speed transaxle with custom axles. FuelTech reinforced the factory chassis and added aluminum front lower control arms, adjustable rear control arms, KW adjustable coilovers, and Wilwood front disc brakes. Listen to Anderson explain the car in the video below.
