
2003 Ferrari 360 GT Race Car with a Supercharged 427 ci V8
This 2003 Ferrari 360 race car is powered by a supercharged 427 ci (7.0L) LSx V8. The motor features a C5R block with a Callies forged steel crank, Arrow billet rods, forged aluminum pistons, ported LS6 heads, Vortech H/D Ti-trim supercharger, and dry sump. A LS6 bellhousing connects to a six-speed semi-automatic transaxle with straight-cut gears and 930-style CV joints. The suspension features 36 mm front and 23.5 mm rear anti-roll bars, adjustable control arms and links, and Brembo six-piston front brakes and four-piston rear brakes. The car’s carbon fiber GT body panels are covered in Giallo Modena paint accented by a carbon fiber. Inside the wells are BBS 19-inch wheels wearing Michelin P2a race tires. The race interior features a single Recaro Pro Racer carbon kevlar seat with a Schroth harness protected by a roll cage.
