1975 F-250 with a Cummins 24v Inline-Six
We discovered this 1975 Ford F-250 on Mecum from 2023. The truck was built with a Cummins ISB 24v turbodiesel inline-six featuring a Hamilton 188/220 camshaft, 103# valve springs, Crazy Carl’s tunnel ram intake, P7100 injection pump, and MBRP 4-inch exhaust. Boost is generated by a DPS compound turbo kit using a 62 mm and 64 mm turbocharger. Behind the motor is a Southbend twin-disc clutch and NV5600 six-speed manual transmission. A NP241DHD transfer case transmits torque to a Dana 60 high-pinion front axle and Dana 80 rear axle. Both have ARB locking differentials and 4.10 ratio. The powertrain is supported by a boxed factory frame with Redhead steering box, 2001 F-350 front leaf springs, and 2020 F-450 rear leaf springs. The factory F26 crew cab short bed is accented by custom bumpers, Royalty Core custom grill and headache rack, Rigid E-Series Midnight Edition LED lights, and set of Fuel wheels with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires.
