Vigilante built this 1978 Jeep Cherokee S at their company in Johnson City, Texas. The classic SUV is now powered by a 392 ci (6.4L) Hemi V8 crate motor making 485 hp (356 kW) and 475 lb-ft (644 Nm) of torque. The motor is paired to a Bowler 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission using a Compushift controller and Atlas II two-speed transfer case. Torque is split between a Currie Dana 44 front axle and Currie Dana 60 rear axle. Everything sits on a Vigilante chassis with a 4-link front and rear suspension. It uses Eibach springs and Fox Racing shocks. Behind the Vigilante 17×9-inch slotted wheels are Baer six-piston calipers with 14-inch drilled and slotted rotors.
