1966 Chevelle with a Twin-Turbo LSX
American Legends built this 1966 Chevelle called “Phoenix” at their company in Arizona. The car is powered by a twin-turbo 376 ci LSX376 V8 featuring custom Edelbrock intake manifold, two DBW throttle bodies, two Comp turbochargers, two water-to-air intercoolers, and a HP Tuners CORE standalone ECU. The motor is backed by a 4L75E four-speed automatic transmission, custom driveshaft, and Currie 9-inch rear end. American Legends improved handling thanks to Ridetech adjustable coilovers and Wilwood 14-inch disc brakes. On the outside they shaved the drip rails and door handles, removed cowl vents, 3D-printed hood vents, and made custom bumpers. The finishing touch is a set of custom Avant Garde Wheels (19×9.5, 20×11) with Toyo tires (265/35, 325/30).
