1969 Coronet Wagon with a Supercharged Hellcat V8

Published in engineswapdepot.com

John Gaddy built this 1969 Dodge Coronet 500 wagon called “Hellwagon” in 11 months. Under the N96 Ramcharger hood is a supercharged 6.2 L Hellcat V8 making 707 hp (527 kW) and 650 lb-ft (881 Nm) of torque. Behind that is a Reid Racing bellhousing bolted to a GM 4L80 four-speed automatic transmission built by Jake’s Performance with a 2600 stall converter. In back is a Moser Dana 60 rear end with a Detroit Truetrac LSD, 3.73 ratio, and 35-spline axles. The wagon rides on Bilstein shocks, Hotchkis sway bars, and Wilwood four-piston brakes with 12-inch rotors. It was auctioned at Mecum but did not sell.
