Land Rover Defender 110 with a 690 hp Supercharged LT4 V8
Arkonik transformed this 1992 Land Rover Defender 110 at their company in Somerset, UK. In the engine bay sits a supercharged 6.2 L LT4 V8 producing 690 hp. The motor features a nodular iron main caps, forged steel crankshaft and rods, forged aluminum pistons, and 1.7 L Eaton R1740 TVS supercharger. Behind the V8 they installed a 10L90 10-speed automatic transmission and Eaton Truetrac limited-slip differential with Maer heavy duty axles. Arkonik improved handling with Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs. They also installed a set of Wilwood six-piston brakes in front and four-piston brakes in back. The exterior features Phoenix Orange metallic paint with satin black accents, KBX grill, Safety Devices L242 Exoskeleton, and Kahn Defend 1983 18-inch wheels with BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tires.
