Jay Meagher from Real Street Performance and Herman Urriola from Platinum Racing Products (PRP) build a 3.0 L RB-series inline-six capable of making 1,500 hp. The motor features a RB30 block (67S) modified with connecting rod reliefs, oil main groove, 0.5-inch main and head studs, and idler/tensioner holes. On that goes a 90 mm stroker crankshaft, IRP I-beam rods, IRP 86.25 mm pistons, PRP integrated main cap cradle, and PRP billet oil pump. Watch the team assemble the bottom-end while Herman explains using his years of experience working with RB-series motors.
