2008 Lotus Elise with a Honda K20A

This 2008 Lotus Elise S2 came with a 1.8 L Toyota 1ZZ inline-four making 120 hp (90 kW). The owner wanted a change to it went to BYP Racing in Wetherill Park, NSW, Australia. There the company swapped a 2.0 L K20A inline-four from a Type R making 201 hp (150 kW) to the wheels. The company also installed a 3-inch stainless steel exhaust. Power is sent to the wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a helical limited-slip differential. BYP Racing retained factory gauges cluster and car functions thanks to a Calibrated Performance Motec M130 firmware and adapter, S.Ware modified Type R harness, and Armour Motorsport tune.
