Dmitrij Sribnyj enjoys driving his Mazda MX-5 (NC) in Gymkhana events at Formula G Championship. Dmitrij swapped the factory 2.0 L MZR LF-VE inline-four for a 2.5 L Duratec (L5-VE) inline-four making 167 hp and 167 lb-ft of torque. Behind that is the factory Aisin six-speed manual transmission and a KAAZ 1.5 way limited-slip differential. Dmitrij upgraded the car’s handling with Whiteline springs and roll bars and a set of Toyo R888/R888R tires. Watch Dmitrij compete at several events below.
Watch Dmitrij’s other vehicle, an AWD Subaru BRZ with a turbo EJ23 flat-four make 505 hp on the dyne.
