Datsun 510 Wagon with a Turbo KA24

Jun Imai from Kaidohouse Garage owns a unique Datsun 510 wagon. When it was time to upgrade from the 1.6 L L16 inline-four, Jun turned to Kenji Sumino at GReddy Performance for a turbocharged 2.4 L KA24 inline-four. The motor features forged internals, GReddy exhaust manifold, TD06-20GRX turbocharger, R35 throttle body, and electric water pump. The engine produces 450+ hp to the wheels through a 240SX S14 five-speed manual transmission with a OS Giken twin-plate clutch and independent rear end. The wagon rides on KW Automotive coilovers, Wilwood four-piston brakes, and Work Equip 40 15×9-inch wheels. Listen to Jun and Kenji explain the car to Larry Chen in the video below.
