Volvo 745 with a T6 Inline-Six Makes 904 whp

In 2023 Kevin Brunberg unveiled his freshly rebuilt Volvo 745 for the Swedish Pro Drift Championship. Since our previous article he’s covered the carbon fiber body in a new livery. Recently the wagon visited the dyno where @agsinorrkoping tuned the 2.8 L Volvo T6 inline-six. It made 904 hp and 935 Nm (689 lb-ft) to the wheels on 2.1 bar (30.4 psi) of boost. Dennis Modig built the motor with a 021 Motor AB custom aluminum block, forged internals, and Garrett G40-1150 turbocharger. Behind it is a Sellhom MPG HD five-speed sequential transmission and rear differential. Listen to the motor on the dyno below.
