Aardema Braun is Building a Custom 5.0 L V12

Pete Aardema and Kevin Braun are building a new custom 5.0 L V12 for land speed racing. The naturally aspirated motor will be capable of 12,000 rpm and produce around 750-800 horsepower on gasoline. Greg Quirin is documenting the engine build and released the part 1 showing the block being welded. We can’t wait to see the progress.
