This Suzuki Hayabusa was built to drag race and competes in the 200 volt class. The motorcycle weighs 164 kg (361 lb) and is powered by an electric motor from a forklift. The team has modified the electric motor to increase output to 200 horsepower on a custom controller. The combination resulted in a 9.3 sec quarter-mile (not filmed).
