Vincenzo Veldorale and his family transformed an Autobianchi A112 Abarth Prototipo into a capable race car at their company CPO Di Veldorale Vincenzo in Trana, Italy. The 580 kg (1278 lb) car is powered by a rebuilt Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 (ZZR1400) inline-four with a displacement increased to 1500 cc. The engine sends its 230 horsepower to the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential transmission and chain drive differential. Watch as Luca Veldorale pilots the car around Castelletto di Branduzzo circuit in the E2 Silhouette class at the 8° Formula Challenge del Lupo.
