2011 Ford Raptor Wrapped in a 1993 Bronco Shell
If you are a Bronco fan and would like to combine the classic looks with modern comforts then Tumblin Automotive in Laurens, South Carolina can help. Although they work on all makes and models, their Youtube channel shows a real love for Ford Broncos. They recently built a Ford Raptor Bronco for a customer and it turned out amazing.
Tumblin Automotive started with a salvaged 2011 Ford Raptor. Then they shortened the frame so they could install a 1993 Bronco on top of it. They also installed the complete Raptor interior into the Bronco body as well. Reading through their Facebook comments it seems the interior swap was the most difficult.
One lucky customer now has a classic looking Bronco with a 411 horsepower 6.2 L V8, six-speed automatic transmission, modern interior, modern accessories, and 11″ of front and 12″ of rear suspension travel.
Another version they built tested its for off-road capabilities.
