This unique twin-engine 2000 Honda Prelude was built in 2009 by a team of mechanical engineers for a senior project at Oregon Institute of Technology. The seller sponsored the project and with his team spent 1,000 hours in research and labor. The engine in the trunk is the same 2.2 L H22A4 found in the front of the car. They produce a combined 400 horsepower and 312 lb-ft of torque giving the car a calculated 0-60 mph in the mid-4s and a quarter-mile in the mid-12s. The engines are controlled by connected throttle cables and the front transmission control module operates both transmissions. The car is being sold out of Portland, Oregon and the seller is asking for $24,000 OBO.
