Ford Anglia With Supercharged Volvo Motor
This modified 1964 Ford Anglia 105E has been a dedicated race car since 1973. The car’s owner Leif Frykas has made a lot of modifications over that length of time and you can tell by looking at it. The engine currently in the Anglia is a Volvo B230 four-cylinder with displacement increased to 2.5L. This engine originally came from Volvo turbocharged but it now uses a Vortech V-5 supercharger. The engine has also been upgraded with a custom dry sump, forged Volvo Penta marine crank, custom Steven Verde rods, and Penta 151 pistons. The cylinder head has been created from two different cylinder heads cut in half and welded together. If you are interested in reading about the other modifications please visit the source link.
