1949 Chevy 3100 Pickup With A 442ci LSX

Published in engineswapdepot.com

PAC Racing Springs found this 1949 Chevy 3100 truck in a Missouri barn back in 2012. Since then they have turned it into a very capable performer. The truck is called “Project Condor” and features an iron block LSX376 stroked and bored to 442 cubic-inches. It contains K1 Technologies forged crank, Wiseco pistons, Trick Flow LS3 heads with LS7 rockers, and Trick Flow 850 cfm carb. They estimated this setup would be good for 700+ horsepower.
