1946 Ford Rat Rod Truck with LS1

This 1946 1/2 ton pickup was a perfect choice for a rat rod project because nature had done half of the work. Instead the owner could focus on the drivetrain. It started with using a modern S10 frame. Then came the aftermarket queen LS1 motor from a 1999 Firebird. Attached to it were some really nice custom built headers. Helping keep all the power to the ground is an Airbag and four link rear suspension. Check out more pictures in the build thread link below.
