1971 Chevy K5 Blazer with a Supercharged LT4
Velocity Restorations invested their skills into this 1971 Chevy K5 Blazer. Power is generated by a supercharged 6.2 L LT4 V8 paired with a 10L80 10-speed automatic transmission. The bowtie power plant produces 650 hp (478 kW) and 650 lb-ft (881 Nm) of torque. The transfer case splits power to a Dana 44 front axle and Dana 60 rear axle. Velocity Restorations swapped the factory chassis for a Roadster Shop Legend Series chassis with Penske coilovers and Wilwood four-piston brakes. The body received a two-tone metallic blue paint with chrome bumpers, LED headlights, and bright trim. Inside the wells they installed 18-inch wheels wearing BFGoodrich T/A 35-inch tires. Inside the cabin are Procar front seats, custom rear bench seat, and Dakota Digital gauges behind a classic 15-inch wood-rimmed steering wheel.
