4 Piston Builds a K24 for Dirt Oval Racing

Published in engineswapdepot.com

4 Piston Racing is know for building powerful Honda engines. One of engine builds is a SCDRA K24 inline-four designed for use in Sport Compact Dirt Racing Association competition. The company builds the motor using a factory sleeved K24 block with a 99 mm stroke and 87 mm bore. Inside they installed Saenz Performance Series forged rods, Wiseco Armor Plated 13.5:1 compression forged pistons, King Racing bearings, and ARP fasteners. Lubrication is maintained by a ported high-flow oil pump with a factory steel oil pan. On top is a Cometic head gasket and 4 Piston Racing Pro TSX ported head with Ferrea Competition Plus valves and 4 Piston Racing Performance Street valve springs. Valves are controlled by 4 Piston Racing RR3 billet i-VTEC camshafts. Watch 4 Piston Racing build the engine in the video below.
