4×4 Chevy Tioga Arrow RV with a 5.9 L Cummins Inline-Six and Ram Chassis
Death Toll Racing wanted a custom off-road capable RV. The project starts with a 1993 Chevy Tioga Arrow (2WD) originally built by Fleetwood RV on a Chevy G30 van chassis. It came with a 350 ci small-block V8 and 4L80 four-speed automatic transmission. The second part to the project was a salvaged 2001 Dodge Ram 4×4 truck. Death Toll Racing extended the truck’s chassis and bolted it under the RV. The custom RV is now powered by a 5.9 L Cummins 12-valve inline-six featuring Fleece Performance Engineering head, 100 hp injectors, rebuilt injection pump, BD Diesel turbocharger, Water-to-air intercooler, and 4-inch stainless steel exhaust. The drivetrain uses a NV4500 five-speed manual with upgraded main shaft, NP241 transfer case, Dana 60 front axle, and Dana 80 rear axle with locking diff. On the end of the axles are Black Rhino Armory wheels 17×9.5-inch with Gladiator X Comp M/T LT E tires (37×13.5). Watch the project’s full progress in the build playlist.
