2024 Jeep Gladiator with a 840 hp Supercharged Demon V8

America’s Most Wanted 4×4 (AMW4x4) converted this 2024 Jeep Gladiator with their AMW 840 package. It starts with a supercharged 6.2 L SRT Demon V8 crate motor capable of 840 hp (617 kW) and 770 lb-ft (1043 Nm) of torque. That is backed by a ZF 8HP95 eight-speed automatic transmission and Rock-Trac transfer case. Torque is split between a Dana 60 front axle and Dana 80 rear axle. Both contain an ARB air locking differential and 4.88 ratio. AMW4x4 improved off-roading with a long arm suspension, adjustable control arms, adjustable track bars, Falcon 3.3 piggyback shocks, and dual-rate springs. A set of Nitto Trail Grabber MT 40×13.5-inch tires are mounted on forged beadlock 17-inch wheels. Behind those are eight-piston calipers with slotted rotors in front and back.
