1971 Cuda with a 392 ci Hemi V8

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Horsepower NorthWest built this 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda with a third-generation 6.4 L Hemi V8 capable of 485 hp (356 kW) and 475 lb-ft (644 Nm) of torque. The naturally aspirated motor’s sound is accentuated by TTi headers heading to Horsepower NorthWest’s custom 3-inch stainless steel exhaust. Behind the V8 is a Bowler T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission and 9-inch rear end. The car rides on a Reilly Motorsports AlterKtion front suspension and Street Lynx rear suspension with frame connectors. It stops thanks to Baer six-piston calipers with 14-inch rotors on each corner. The body is covered in a custom “Destroyer Gray” PPG paint offset by a set of HRE wheels with Micheline Pilot Sport tires.
