Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud with a 383 ci V8

A reader shared with us this 1958 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud they discovered for sale on eBay in the Netherlands. The classic sedan is no longer powered by a 4.9 L inline-six. The engine bay now surrounds a 383 ci Chevy V8 producing 390 hp (286 kW). The motor’s exhaust is routed through custom stainless steel piping. Behind the motor is a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and new rear axle. The Silver Cloud’s suspension features electric power steering and disc brakes on each corner. The sweeping fenders cover custom 20-inch wheels with spacers and Toyo 255/40 tires.
