Sabin Gabriel from GOW Tuning built his 2007 Audi TT (8J) to drag race. The yellow coupe is powered by a turbocharged 3.0 L VR6 capable of 1100 hp (809 kW). The motor features a 2.8 L crankshaft, forged rods and pistons, and Garrett G42-1450 turbocharger. That power is sent to the all four slicks by a dual-clutch transmission and 4WD drivetrain. Sabin’s best quarter-mile is a 8.54 sec. Drag Media UK reports Sabin is planning to upgrade to a 8385 turbocharger for a potential output of 1400 hp (1029 kW).
