1978 Wagoneer with a Supercharged V8

Published in engineswapdepot.com

The Jeep Farm spent many hours building this 1978 Jeep Wagoneer at their company in Phoenix, Arizona. Under the Sun Yellow painted hood is a LSA supercharger on a 6.0 L LSx V8. Behind that is a built 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and NP208 transfer case. Power is split between a J20 Dana 44 front axle and J20 Dana 60 rear axle. Both are eight-lug with a 4.56 ratio and Trac-Lok differentials. The Jeep Farm improved the Wagoneer’s off-road capability using a Superlift 4-inch suspension lift and a set of Wheel Vintiques 16×8-inch wheels holding 35-inch tires. The interior features leather seats with plaid inserts and first-generation dashboard and steering column. A set of gauges and stereo controls are hidden in the glovebox.
