Published in engineswapdepot.com

Nikos Papadopoulos and his Ford Escort Mk2 compete in Greek hillclimb racing. The Escort was powered by a S38 inline-six from a BMW M5 E34. The naturally aspirated S38 motor was destroked from 3.8 liters to 3.3 liters. The motor produced 550 hp (404 kW). HillClimb Monsters reports Nikos swapped from the S38 motor to a turbocharged Opel C20XE inline-four to reduce weight. The boosted C20XE motor produces 680 hp (500 kW). HillClimb Monsters compiled a video showcasing the two motors on the dyno and racing at Kymi Hillclimb in Greece.
