Supra with a Turbo 5S-GTE

Scott Johnson from GasketFuka built a unique fourth-generation Toyota Supra A80 for the track. The infamous coupe is now powered by a turbocharged “5S-GTE” inline-four capable of 500 hp (367 kW). The motor features a 5S-FE 2.2L block and crankshaft, Pauter forged rods, and Traum forged pistons. On top sits a 3S-GE VVTi BEAMS head with custom exhaust camshaft, dual valve springs, and shipless buckets. Scott paired the motor to a Samsonas five-speed sequential transmission using a HGT bellhousing and adapter plate. A custom driveshaft sends power to the Supra rear end. The suspension features MCA Red coilovers, Agile Performance control arms and angle kit. Follow the project’s progress on @gasketfuka.
