2008 BMW 135i with a Dinan 4.6 L S65 V8
In 2014 Performance Technic built this 2008 BMW 135i (E82) with a 4.0 L S65 V8. Then in 2015 the car received a Dinan stroked 4.6 L S65 V8. The drivetrain uses an E92 M3 six-speed manual transmission and BMW Motorsport limited-slip differential with 4.10 ratio. The car’s suspension starts with M3 front and rear subframes. It adds a Öhlins TTX36 coilovers, E9X M3 electronically assisted hydraulic steering rack, monoball front control arms, Dinan sway bars, and Bimmerworld rear wishbones. Braking is handled by StopTech Trophy six-piston front calipers with 380 mm rotors in front and four-piston calipers and 355 mm rotors in back. Covering those are Carbon Revolution CR9 carbon fiber 19-inch wheels. The body features Alpine White (300) paint and OEM 1M fenders, side mirrors, and bumper covers.
