Carbon Fiber S2000 with a Supercharged K20

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Mocini Motorsport built this Honda S2000 to compete in time attack. The race car is powered by a supercharged 2.0 L Honda K20 inline-four producing 420+ hp (308 kW) on an Emtron KV8 ECU. The motor features a Pracworks carbon fiber intake manifold, Rotrex C30-94 supercharger, Rev9 intercooler, and modified Skunk2 Alpha 4-2-1 headers. Behind the motor is a Quaife QBE69G six-speed sequential transmission and Carbonetic 1.5 way differential with 4.1 ratio. Mocini Motorsport along with Almacarbon Motorsport produced the S2000’s carbon fiber widebody. Underneath the wider arches are 18-inch wheels with Nankang CR-S 295/30 tires.
