Integra with a Supercharged K24
BYP Racing built this Honda Integra (DC2) to compete at the track. Last season the car was powered by a naturally aspirated 2.4 L K24A3 inline-four. For this season the company boosted the engine with a Rotrex supercharger kit and larger fuel injectors. The motor now produces 245 kW (328 hp) and 317 Nm (233 lb-ft) of torque on 8 psi (0.5 bar) of boost and 98 RON fuel. Power is sent the front wheels through an Exedy OE clutch and BYP Racing mix-ratio six-speed manual transmission with a Cusco RS limited-slip differential. The suspension features Öhlins adjustable coilovers, sway bar kit, and J’s Racing six-piston calipers with 330×28 mm rotors. Watch Jimmy Tran pilot the car at Sydney Motorsport Park GP Circuit for the Interclub Super-Sprints event.
