While searching for Hemi swap projects we stumbled across this unique 1983 Jeep CJ-7 on Mecum. The listing shows the classic SUV is powered by a supercharged 6.2 L Hellcat V8 running on a Holley Terminator ECU. The 700+ hp (514 kW) motor is paired to a Tremec six-speed manual transmission with a Bulletproof bellhousing. A carbon fiber driveshaft transfers power to a Currie 9-inch rear end with a limited-slip differential, 3.70 ratio, and 35-spline axles. Behind the RC Components USA custom wheels are Wilwood disc brakes in front and back. The interior features custom seats with five-point harnesses and a Holley Pro 12.3-inch touchscreen display.
