C20LET-Powered 1983 Vauxhall Cavalier

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Adam Beard from Twin Engine Corsa featured a unique 1983 Vauxhall Cavalier GL. The owner wanted the project to reflect the 90’s UK turning era. In the engine bay is a powered by a turbocharged 2.0 L C20LET inline-four and F28 six-speed manual transmission from a Mk3 Cavalier Turbo swapped by Zidan Motorsport. The C20LET uses Wossner forged pistons, steel rods, Trust exhaust manifold, 630 cc injectors, and GT2860 turbocharger. It produces 357 hp (262 kW) on a ECUmaster Classic ECU. The suspension features GAZ coilovers and Megan RS four-piston front calipers with 280 mm rotors. The Cavalier really shows the 90’s style with a Mattig front bumper and eyebrow spoiler, Zender spoiler, and TSW Venoms wheels on the passenger’s side and Mille Miglia Spider wheels on the driver’s side. Listen to Adam discuss the car with the owner in the video below.
