HWA’s Mercedes EVO Laps Nürburgring

HWA brought two of their EVO prototypes to the Nürburgring for testing. The HWA EVO is a limited production (100 cars) tribute to the Mercedes 190E Evo II with modern technology. Under the carbon fiber hood is a twin-turbo 3.0 L M276 V6 with a dry sump system. Behind that is a carbon fiber driveshaft transmitting power to a six-speed manual transaxle in the rear. HWA brought the two cars to Nürburgring to gather data before entering two race-spec EVOs into the SP-X class at 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours. While there Misha Charoudin was allowed a demo lap in the car around the famous track. Listen to his review in the video below.
