Richie Gilbey built his Nissan 180SX (S13) to drift in the MSUK Drift Pro Championship. The heart of the project is a turbocharged 1JZ inline-six built by Motion AutoWorks. It features Wossner forged pistons, Brian Crower rods, Titan billet main caps, Brian Crower 272 camshafts, Plazmaman billet intake manifold, 6Boost Pro Mod exhaust manifold, 1650 cc injectors, and Pulsar G42-1200 turbocharger. The combo produces 1066 hp (784 kW) at 10,000 rpm on 2.1 bar (30.4 psi) of boost tuned by Martin Battye. Behind the motor is a BMW E60 manual transmission and Winters quick-change rear end. Richie explained the car Jamie Sonuga from Officially Gassed before demonstrating its capability on a runway and track.
