Ys Produce’s RX-7 with a 26B Four-Rotor

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Yuuki Kamakura and his company Ys Produce loves building and racing the Mazda RX-7. In 2018 Yuuki set out to transform his RX-7 (FD) into the fastest naturally aspirated time attack car in Japan. At the heart of the project is a 2.6 L 26B four-rotor built by Scoot Sports. Narita Dogfight reports the motor produces 600 hp (441 kW) and uses RX-8 housings, peripheral porting, Scoot Sports intake manifold, Toda Racing S2000 throttle bodies, four Sard 600 cc primary injectors, and four Sard 800 cc secondary injectors. Behind that is an ATS carbon twin-plate clutch, Holinger sequential transmission, and Cusco 2-way differential with 4.3 ratio. Watch Yuuki and the RX-7 racing on his channel. Or watch him compete live at World Time Attack Challenge (WTAC) in September 2025.
