PROCAR’s V10-Powered BMW E46

Published in engineswapdepot.com

PROCAR spent 700+ hours building a special 2004 BMW E46 M3 at their company in Zwolle, Netherlands. Under the hood they swapped 5.0 L S85 V10 making 545 hp (406 kW) and 520 Nm (383 lb-ft) of torque. The motor features a Radium fuel system, Vibra-Technics mounts, E60 M5 radiator, VAC Motorsport dry sump kit, and Howell Engineering Syvecs-based ECU. Behind that is an E9x M3 DCT transmission with an E92 M3 GTS software flash. From there power is transmitted by a M4 carbon fiber driveshaft to an OS Giken limited-slip differential with 3.15 gears. Watch AutoTop.nl drive the E46 on the Autobahn in the video below.
