1975 Land Cruiser with a 2UZ V8
This 1975 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 called “Sulley” was built in Costa Rica and imported to the USA in 2024. It is powered by a 4.7 L Toyota 2UZ-FE V8 with forged internals, longtube headers, and MegaSquirt ECU. Behind that is a TCI Automotive TH400 three-speed automatic transmission with a custom ATF Speed converter. A reinforced Toyota transfer case sends power to 80-series full-floating axles. The front axle features Aisin manual locking hubs and the rear axle has an ARB air locking differential. The Land Cruiser rides on custom 4-link front and rear suspension with King Shocks 2.0 bump stops, King Shocks 2.5 Pure Race coilovers, and King Shocks 2.5 PR bypass remote. A set of Mikey Thompson Baja Legend MTZ 40×13.5-inch tires are mounted on KMC 17-inch wheels. The Land Cruiser is found for sale on Bring a Trailer.
